predictions for success at TT08
so has any1 got any predictions for who will win what at TT08 ?
John McG must be fav for the 2 superbike races an maybe the junior but there is so many others snappin at his heels
Guy Martin , Bruce Anstey , Ian Hutchison , Ian Lougher are all gonna be in with a chance too in all solo classes
Nick Crowe could take Molys crown this year in the sidecars with Molys switch to Suzuki an with Nick bein backed by honda britain
Steve Norbury could do well too especially with Rick Long (most successful TT passenger with 8 wins) as his passenger , best newcomer at TT07 Doug Wright will be one to watch too with his new LCR chassis

Re: predictions for success at TT08
i read sumin somewhere that john might not hav quite as good a Gay Blade as he is used to so he might not hav things all his own way this year
i would really like to see Guy Martin doin well this year on his Hydrex Honda cos in my opinion he really deserves it
it would also be really good to see Ian Lougher get a good result too now he is on the official Yamaha UK R1
Ian Hutchison an Steve Plater aboard the AIM R1s should be up there too hopefully
also Bruce Anstey an Cameron Donald on the Relentless TAS Suzukis can never be counted out either , Donald will be very keen to make up for missin last years TT , he was 2nd fastest in 2006 an not very far behind John McG

One of the Hondas in the Superbike and Superstock races (McGuiness or, hopefully, Guy Martin) and one of the TAS bikes for the Superstock race.

Re: predictions for success at TT08
Steve Plater has become a very good road racer in recent years but his TT debut was only last year so he might need a few attempts to get near the front
Finnegan could do well if he gets a decent bike an gets it set up good

Would like to see Guy Martin win one of the races, he's a top gadgie.
Looking for the Yammies to get up there though . Platter should go well.

Re: predictions for success at TT08
NEW SLIDEY PREDICTIONS
Nick Crowe/Mark Cox
John Holden/Andy Winkle
Dave Molyneux/Dan Sayle
Steve Norbury/Licky long time (aka Rick Long)
Simon Neary/Jamie Winn
Andy Laidlow/Martin Hull
Conrad Harrison/Lee Patterson
Greg Lambert/Sally Wilson
Doug Wright/Stu Bond
Tim Reeves/Pat Farrance
I got a bet on with someone that if Tim Patel (reeves) will break down cos he blown 10 engines in this season so far and he reckons that one engine will last him bout 30 miles, which doesnt even complete a lap
Would love to see Guy Martin win it this year, he deserves it
