New front tyre Ducati 749

There's not much use left in my front tyre and need some thoughts on what to replace it with....

Its a pirelli diablo corsa just now.. i'm looking for something that will give me good dry grip and still give me a bit of confidence in the wet.

Any suggestions?

Are you replacing both or only the front ? (it sounds like you are)


If you are then you realy shouldnt mix and match tyres however I an now onto my second set of 2CT's and they are ace , both in the wet and dry

Buy a set of 2Ct's and flog teh rear tyre to someone who needs one

It WAS a Corsa same as the front until I shredded it going up to Ullapool...... We were on the ferry first thing, and the only tyre on the whole of Lewis that would fit the bike was a Bridgestone BT-021 so that's whats on it just now and it's only done about 500 miles.
