That statement is about as random as it can get.
EXPLANATION FOR REST OF SITE: Big Kneed Al (master of the emergency stop & "stand up" comedian), Dave and Zathos are standing on drive admiring Dave's new bike. Neighbours cutting grass with petrol mower and the constant idle rev cycling from the mower is doing our heads in cos the dozy tw*t can't figure out how to use the choke / mower properly.

P.S. also binned the ISP provided router within the first 24h in favour of more reliable kit.
I will introduce the ISP router to my none IT router later. That meeting will permanently adjust the ISP routers attitude.

Re: Broadband performance...what is yours like
I've been living in Methlick for a couple months now and as you can imagine, normal broadband is a joke... 0.5meg on a good day!
Called Sky a few times with no real success until I bit the bullet and spent 3 hours on the phone to eleventay billion different "managers" complaining about how poo it was only to find out at the VERY end of the call that Fiber is available in our area (and has been for months).
Needless to say, we now get a solid 30meg down and 12meg up.
