Simple health related question: five a day...

How many portions of your government recommended "five a day" is a portion of Morgan's Spiced with fresh orange ?

Please bare in mine that the ingredients of Morgan's states along the lines of "many spices"...maybe many spices = many healthy units ?

My gut feeling is 2 healthy units, but I like the thought of the more you have, the healthy your diet.

One portion is one piece of fruit, such as one crApple, banana, pear, orange or nectarine.

To make 8 ounces of fresh orange juice, it is necessary to juice between four and five medium oranges
Therefore it dependsd upon the size of the glass. A big glass and you only need one to meet your daily recommendation. I'm going for 3 based upon a larger portion of Morgan's.
