Vegetarians, no need to thank me, especially in during this time where our national press are shouting about panic crises due to the shortage of vegetables.
Unexpectedly last night I had an evening meal in an Italian restaurant.

Filetto Rossini (not their advertised version, slightly customised on my request)
Scotch fillet wrapped in bacon, placed on toasted bread topped with pâté with a mushroom/ pâté /red wine jus
As my son said this morning (with venom in his voice as he missed out) :
"so you had meat , wrapped in meat, on top of meat, with a meat sauce"
Oh, the sacrifices I make...
