Mixed Tyres

Post by rasmie »

My Street Triple has different tyres on front and rear: the OE dunlop qualifiers on front and a pirelli diablo rear. I've always understood that mixing tyres isn't a good idea and I'll speak to Sillets to confirm, but what is the general opinion - change or keep as is.

Thanks

Not recommended in my opinion. If nothing else it can cause problems if you have to claim on your insurance should you come off.
