Thread Locking Products

Post by ElectroFunkDaddy »

Hey guys just wondering what products I need.

Took the NC29 for a spin at the weekend for a test run(in a private compound :log ) , looks like I will have to MOT to sell it, just one problem left and woohoo.

Ran fine, nippy machine, anyway on the journey back something started knocking, checked over the bike looks like some new exhaust exhaust studs were working there way out of the block.
I did properly torque them, and dont want to over tighen them, as I have already went through the pain of snapped stud.

anyone a decent thread \ stud locking compound for use with the high heat?

Cheers

Best advice I was given
"ride for yourself and don't watch my back wheel"
guess who?

Would it be worth some new bolts or a re-tap? I would be pissed if I bought a bike and then couldnt work on it and shear a bolt off :log
