bit of a flat spot

fitted a new blue flame can to my zx6 J2 but for some reason on take off it has a bit of a flat spot making a slight frrrt frrrt noise from the exhaust, a mate said it may need dynojetted, any ideas? :confused

That always happens when you fit a Blueflame to a Kawasaki, sadly the engine's knackered. :(

Most carbed bikes do this, you can either ride round it or as mentioned get the jets changed.

Never dont this myself so couldnt help on that front.

I had this problem last year, need to get the carbs balanced or something. It was a right pain, no power the all of a sudden whooosh.
