do not let a wee bit of water put you off :nono

If you do, then you will never get out to play in Scotland :???

Me, I don’t mind a bit of rain, makes me slow down a bit and it is still enjoyable :2up :biggrin2

Me too. So long as you have the right gear on to keep you warm, it's more fun as slower speeds. A nice easy to control supermoto or dirt bike is best.

After a winter using the GS, I was comfortable in wet slippery conditions and very rarely had any slides :2up

When I was on the KTM in the wet the other day, I was sliding and slipping thru every roundabout :biggrin2 :biggrin2 ...loving the control and feel that big machine :2up :log :2up

being knocked off your bike, your bike being dropped by the recovery agent, then finding out that the total time from accident to return is likely to be longer than 40 days..... :( ......and still havent hadf confirmation the recovery agent will be repairing the bike.....

AND

none of this is your fault :angryfire

Returning to your bike, only to find it has had multiple ‘bird hits’, and all over the seat :( :(

I returned to the office to get some toilet paper, but the lad sitting next to the window said I was too late and the birds will be miles away.

Going to road tax the bike, and discovering that the loving MOT ran out the day before yesterday :(

Not quite as much as I hate Honda's 7mm exhaust manifold studs, managed to get all the nuts off (only broke 1 stud) only to find the threads are completely bitched. I have just about every metric nut & bolt ever made, but apparently no loving 7's. Looks like I will have to wait until tomorrow or Monday to get new nuts before I can get the exhaust back on the bike, which also means that I am going to miss my 9am MOT tomorrow.

...You move position on the seat to get a bit more comfortable, only to accidentally cause a scrotum/boxer short pinch that can't be wiggled free.

Takes big balls to have them rubbing against a GS or RT engine block

2 be fair mOst people on here do! Then when something happens like the other night other people are 2 happy 2 change face! Yamaha posted alot of good info about alleged thiefs which most off as far as I can prove was true! Hopefully the police are going to do something more pro active now and save this happening again! I am prepaired 2 be shot down in flames but to be honest I don't. Care!

Dave I do actually do! I contacted the p&j on several occasions about bike thefts and they printed nothing! Alot of people on this forum said lots of things but most I feel are key board warrior's! Why should we pay insurance, road tax and mot's for twats to come along and take our possessions and ride them as they want? Why should someone who has a 6 yr driving ban at only 19 be on the streets able to steel a bike and ruin the live of a citizen because they are driving recklessly the whole thing is wrong and needs to be changed! If only the courts and press were on our side instead of branding everybody as bikers!

Approaching a car on a straight, no junctions, no driveways, going for the overtake, then the brake lights on the car light up :jawdrop ...
...that is not nice :nono

The brain starts thinking :confused ....oh fcuk why :confused ...hit the anchors yourself...what is going to happen...then relax and carry on while wondering if the inside of your underpants are now that same colour as they were when you put them on four of five days ago :biggrin2
