Just to let you know, some roads in Ballater are flooded.
I believe the water is car door mirror high water at the butchers.

Aye it doesn't look good down the whole Dee valley
Hope all are safe, warm and dry.
Clean-up is gonna take some time. I think SDR & NDR are both affected. Looks like most bridges are closed as well.
Sadly not surprised by the number of people who deliberately place themselves in danger just to 'have a look' or take a video'. The information is useful, but have a care, old stone bridges are not invincible
