Throughout the year there are trial bike events.

The skill level is stunning, but in saying that sometimes it does look very close to a watersport.

Supermoto dates at Crail below. Note that the entrance to the track is about 200m past the entrance to the drag strip / airfield.

Members of the club can use the track on any day throughout the year (Except first Sunday of each month when karts race) for supermoto or pit bike shenanigans. Annual membership is a paltry £130. Entry to the club championship races is £30 for each race.

Does anyone know if there is an entry charge for spectating at Crail ?

At the Rhynie MX, in previous years it has been free to spectate except for the national championship rounds.

The programme has been finalised and while it's not all quite out in the public domain yet I can tell you with certainty that this year we will have Mr Steve Parrish as special guest, Steve Colley as one of the acts and the one that excites me the most, the star turn will be the one and only Purple Helmets! If you seen them before you'll know why I'm excited but if you haven't seen them perform then boy are you in for a treat. You can of course take part in the Convention either by entering a bike in our bike parade or by having a go at the moped racing. Entry forms for both available on the website now, www.grampianmotorcycleconvention.com
