I had trouble walking on my road this morning so the bike stayed at home.

Yup, I bought it on Monday.
In amongst the chaos that was my life, I turned into a bit of a hermit. I was still doing trackdays though, so had my hand in, but I've not been riding on the road for 5 years.

Welcome back. It's been a bit quiet in here lately. Facebook is killing the internet forum which is a sad state of affairs.

Thanks, we'll have to get a hook up sometime. No Netflicks and chill though Big Kneed Al (master of the emergency stop & "stand up" comedian).
Yeah, facetube has a lot to answer for. I had it for a couple of years, but scrapped it as it's not for me.

Just picked this up yesterday from Nottingham
13500 miles.
Appear to have the dreaded red brake warning light on (didn't know about it before hand)
And she's a bit bubbly on closed throttle (has akra can on..is iffy fuelling a symptom of not setting up an exhaust right)
Any pointers/hints / tips greatly appreciated.

Cheers Dave.
It's not too bad all in all, expected the odd niggle given the price etc.
The closed throttle fuelling is a bit annoying, whom could I see about that.
The brake fail light isn't too bad, passed it's mot with it...but just found the Big Mans Wanger version of David silver spares (honda) so ,chuffed wi that .
