Right, time to start buying parts and need some advice.
I'm looking at buying the following items and need to know what you guys would recommend.
Rear Monoshock [thinking hagon]
Progressive for springs [again thinking hagon]
Chain [no idea]
Sprocket - i want to go up at least one tooth on the rear [no idea]
I'll obviously replace the basics like cables, brake-lines and fasteners but that's about it.
Give me your ideas on where to get this stuff and what to get. It's more of a toy for summer these days and not the all-weather commuter it used to be.

It might be easier to go one down on the front sprocket as the rear may cause problems with clearance on the chain guard and you could need a longer chain.
Hagon are decent enough at a good price, it's pointless fitting anything much more expensive.
I'd get a good chain from a known brand as you tend to get what you pay for and one snapping can be pretty catastrophic.
Cables and fastners I would just fit genuine, as you know they'll fit.
Everything else from someone like M&P, or Z Power (not sure of they do bits for younger GPZs but theywere good for mine), but get a price for OE parts to compare first.
