Can someone please explain to me why you recommend blurring the number plate when posting a picture of your bike?
Thanks

I believe it's possible to find your addy from your number plate.

Or if you have the same bike, copy the plate, and partake in a few illegal manovers.

I presume that's not a KLX replacement as it'll be a fair bit heavier won't it??
VERY nice though!

Not to replace the KLX and yes, at 138 kg it's about 30 kg heavier. But it's road legal so will be getting a lot more use and hopefully some tours through Borneo.
Having said that, this thing is supposed to be the bees knees offroad as well ...

The KTM 690 Enduro R should need no introduction; it has been around for a while hasn’t it? But, this particular Enduro R does merit a few words, because this is MY KTM 690 Enduro R, which is something entirely different. That’s because I test bikes, over 150 of them at last count, but when it came time to sign on the dotted line I chose the KTM 690 Enduro R. And it’s ruined me.
If KTM Dealer Information sessions are to be believed, the Enduro R “represents the entire brand nucleusâ€; high performance, low weight, high-quality components and off-road performance with 100% functionality. Which are fighting words, not just a warning shot fired across the bow of the Big Mans Wanger, Triumph, Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki big boys, but a complete genre defining on-and-off-road surprise attack preempting the competitors’ enduro offerings way back in 2009.
Even three years later, the KTM 690 Enduro R belittles the competition.
While other manufacturers may claim to have racing pedigree, you could buy a 690 Enduro R, show up and the Monaco Rally the next day and race it stock. In fact, I know people who have....
This isn’t a race replica, with a few minor changes it’s the real thing.
Will be much more convenient for my needs and no need to trailer the thing around.

My little CBR 125, wont be here for long though, hopefully have my license(s) back this month and get another big bike, never realised that even without power, you can really go out and enjoy the scenery and the ride

Hey all, new here. Just passed my test a few weeks back so not had much road experience on the bike. Got mysel a cheapo sv650 till I find my feet and stop taking corners bolt upright

Not the fastest thing out there but good starter bike until I feel a bit more confident, probably end up with a gsxr750 by next summer.
Here are a few pics next to my cage, its a bit on the slow side so needed to get my bike licence.
Looking forward to getting out on the roads when I get back from this trip.
R
