I need a loan of a bearing puller .i have a new main shaft for my gearbox ,but i can remove the first 2 gears as i have no bearing puller . can you help. im in kintore ,much thanks shortassrider.

If all else fails put the whole kit and kaboodle in the over tomorrow (pref not alongside the Sunday roast but for about the same length of time), wait for it to heat up, support the gear(s) on loose vice jaws and tap GENTLY with a mallet.

Didnt work , bought a bearing puller , didnt work . didnt move a fraction . phoned ecosse , martin told me to take it down to his mechanics through the week . if they cant do it . im fucked I can't believe it's not butter!
