Just wondered who is the greatest 'Late Braker' in MotoGp, GP500, WSB or BSB. Like someone who has the back wheel 6" in the air, coming from 5 or more bike lengths back to get past another rider and still manage to keep it on line round the bend and exit in front.
Alex Barros in his early career? Schwantz? PF Chilli in WSB and GP500?
Your thoughts?
I was going to mention Carl Fogarty but then I thought of his f**k up in 96 or 97(?) in Austria or Germany(?) when he went in way too hot with his feet off the pegs and put Himself and Kocinski into the gravel.........

Agree with Barros and Schwantz. At least Foggy took out Kocinski that time so it was a good move!
Biaggi was a demon braker in his 250 years.
I'd go for Rossi. He never seems to lose control and always seems to be able to out-brake anyone when he needs to

Almost
He used to infuriate me when he overdid it and ran wide a couple of times last season towards the end of the race

allowing a pass. It was sometimes worth it to see him fight back though
It`s his most annoying trait. It does show that he`s human after all i spose.
Ah Rossi

Rossi is great at the late braking thing , but lets not forget Haga on the R7 a few years back . What he did on that bike was amazing .
Pedrosas late breakin move up the inside o Hayden in 2006 was priceless for so many reasons imho . I stopped laughin eventually heehee
