This might not be the right place for this, if no can you shift it.
Following my wee sunbed visit at the side of the road, and the ambulance drivers "hey you trained me", it got me wondering how many pupils/instructors are still out there.
I started in 1980/81 and jacked it in about 1995 ish. At it's height the scheme was training in excess of 70 folk per course, 5 courses a year, plus extra hours for tests etc, so we're talking thousands. So a few should have made through.
All the instructors were volunteers, (petrol money and discounts from kawa).
It would be great to here from abody, maybe meet up for run.
