Right probably a stupid question but never mind.
Whats the best way to stop sliding into my tank? When i am riding i continually need to readjust so as to stop sliding into tank. Is it simply my posture thats wrong, bike is a 2002 Gay Blade and i am wondering if there is something that I can get to be stuck onto the tank to give me more grip with my knees to stop me sliding?
Cheers
Mark

You could try these.

But having the seat altered to stop you sliding forward might work too.

Not sure if there are any specialist motorcycle seat upholsterers around here, but here's a couple of specialists that I've read good things about;
http://www.tonyarcher.co.uk/
http://www.motorbike-seats.co.uk/intro.html
Any upholsterer would be able to take your seat apart, alter it and put it back together. Whether they could solve your problem would be another thing though. Might be worth keeping an eye on ebay for a spare seat and then let someone experiment with it. If it's crap at least you can go back to your original.

If you wear leathers use saddle soap on the leathers to increase friction against the seat.
