To the learners, the novice’s and those lacking in confidence...

Is someone damages your bike (or car), get their details, and get contact details from any witnesses.

The rider was a learner and young.
I got the feeling that she would have left with out the drivers details if I wasn’t there.
There is no need to pick up the expense for someone else’s error.
I am very sure that most bike riders will stop and assist another biker if they can see they need help.
Or if you need advice/help, phone a friend, or phone your breakdown service (RAC / AA) if you have one.
If getting intimidated, I would phone the police on the non emergency number 08456005700.
You can distance yourself from the offending party by saying someone is ringing you, then call for help.

An emergency situation is classed as one in which:
Violence is being used or threatened
There is a danger to life
A crime is in progress or the offender has been recently disturbed
A road accident with injuries has occurred
A non-injury road accident has occurred and there is serious traffic congestion
For all non-emergencies please call 0845 600 5700

Not so much as “any portâ€, but as she was human, female and still warm, so the three main boxes were ticked for me
But she was also attractive, pleasant to speak too and had a motorcycle...all attributes that a situation close to a dream
