need a little help here, ive got my t595s valve cover off to check the valve clearances but the only feeler gauges i can find go up in 0.05mm incraments... i need to find some that go up in 0.01mm

the clearances are ment to be 0.10-0.15 for intake and 0.15-0.20 for exhaust but i can only make 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20 with normal gauges so i know 4 pairs are below tolerance but i need to know the exact gap for ordering the correct shims

ive checked a few places and so far everyone only has 0.05... do you even get gauges with this accuracy coz i cant seem to find any online either

See if they have anything suitable.

nah they only have the typical imperial sizes, think a set this thin must be pretty rare

Snap On do a set, not cheap though, you will find a local agent in the yellow pages. The sets I have are about 12mm thick, imperial and metric and can provide any size or combination you could come up with. I would lend them to you but I'm in the Middle East ATM.
link Cheaper than I thought these are sized in metric and imperial on the same Gay Blade

Metric only set, 0.05mm up to 1mm, 20 blades
