The lad up in cove that also does painting used to do the plastic welding :2up

Yes. He did a sterling job on my Ducati a few years back after I slid it down the road at Knockhill.[/quote]

cheers :2up . got an annoying little crack on my left-hand side panel on the Zephyr. Think it was caused by the strops being too tight in the transporting van.... :angryfire

I have used the Plastex Plastic Repair system with great success in the past ( http://www.plastexexpress.co.uk/ ).

Takes a bit of patience to use but the results are great. I've even used it to create new fairing tabs. It has all sorts of uses.

do it urselff heat up a screw driver and use tie wraps for plastic its easy :cheers :cheers
