Loosening cam bolts

Have started a 250 superdream project, 2 cam bolts are solid, any safe idea's for loosening them off. :2up

As it's a Superdream, then this would probably be best....

wd40, tap with a hammer, tighten first then undo, heat it up

all suggestions but shearing them off would be a bad one so i takes no responsibility if that happens
