Unfortunately my bike isn't fit for this and my new one won't be here till the 13th so I'm out.
On the plus side, I can't forget to fuel up...

I was there, it was a bit wet, had a few blasts around the track and gave the manoeuvre course a go too. The IAM and a few others were there, the shirlaw guys were great as they were "escorting" people around the track

Yeah the weather could of been better, but that being said I no longer have any "chicken strips" on one side of my rear tyre (they only let us ride in one direction) and the guy in front of me was scrapping the foot pegs on his YZFR6.

Later on I popped in past for a bit
Any gathering of bikers and bikers is a good thing
Shame about the weather...but still an amazing collection of clean and shiny bikes...that my wee panzer faded into the background camouflage.
Although I probably will never buy these...I did like especially the look of the two bikes...a KTM 640 Supermoto and the 883 Harley Davidson with the fuel tank beautifully proportioned to the bike...but would not get me to work and home without filling up.
Lots of enjoyable banter, some great bikes...and lots of bullshite...a fine evening
Nice to see a good collection of coppers, medical, training and the advanced motoring mob supporting our local bikers ..plus the burger van...not forgetting some or our local shops on the night (Shirlaws), Shirlaws/Ecosse and other giving out prize/freebies
A great pleasure to applaud Neil

(even if he is policeman...but a biker, and a nice bloke!!) for being the main organiser for the evening...well done that man...and all those than helped him
Many of us (and the many of the general population) find it easy to knock "the police"...but they are there for the greater good ... many within the farce do a lot out-with their job specification looking after our better interests...and for I unreservedly I thank you
Dave

New one?

Yup, I've tracked my R1 so needed a new road toy.
