Article above. Can't transfer to new owners but you can still apply for a reimbursement for full whole months.

This ones just a money maker end of story
Dont have the cost and overheads involved with the manufacture of the discs, part months never get refunded even if just a day out etc etc. Imagine how much money saved and generated from it!!!!
