Baffled?

After a discussion with another forum member yesterday I was saying how I have been neglecting my Monster and need to start riding it more which would include taking it into work.
I have an early start in the mornings and as much as I have had complements in the past on my Ducati I'm sure the attitude may change should I choose to start it up at 5:45 every day with the race cans on!
Therefore, last night, I put the baffles back in and this morning only started the bike up just before riding off (there's not much I can do about the clutch noise officer).
So what do other people run?
Standard, baffled or unbaffled?

Baffles out. Esp the morning after the neighbours hold a late night party with much shouting in the street at stupid o'clock in the morning.
I leave the bike for 5 mins to warm up properly.
If I want to play nice I take the Tiger which is standard.

Currently I am running standard exhausts.
The standard cans on the Big Mans Wanger S1000RS sounds just ok, but the cat looks terrible.
The standard cans on the MT-09 sounds like a sewing machine, a quiet sewing machine
Last night I was speaking with the owner of a Honda NC750...he had aftermarket unbaffled cans fitted and it sounded great.
A few years ago I had a NC700 with standard cans...it sounded like a sewing machine.
The only bike I have used with the baffles out was a FZ1N, that often set off car alarms

especially if in an enclosed car park and the throttle was "blipped"
BUT, I use my bike to get to work, and I am sure the locals might not fully appreciate the sweet music originating from unbaffled cans, especially if they set of their over sensitive car alarms

un-baffled arrow, there is not much difference between baffle in or out IMHO.. but it is a great change from the stock exhaust.
After market arrow sounds spot on with out being too obnoxious

I'm running a Fresco Conic Oval Titanium GP low boy can on the Street R, sounds awesome! Baffles were taken out before I even fitted it

I got to Huntly before pulling the baffles out this afternoon.
The bike felt different with the baffles in but it was probably all psychological.

Tiger is the standard can, Kwak has Vance & Hines with no baffles.

Triumph is stupidly loud and I have been threatened with an ASBO from my neighbours if I start it at 5am.....again.
Can't decide whether to leave the Blueflame cans on the 'priler for my enjoyment or go back to standard for practical day to day friendliness.
