24 hour petrol shops located outwith the big Silver City
As I can often get close to running out of fuel, I like to know where there is hope of finding a garage open.
Feel free to post and add your local petrol shops.
To kick off this informative if not a little dull thread...
Summary of 24hour petrol shops:
Aboyne
Alford, Shell, 24 hour card machine located near the front door but can authorise any of the pumps.
Applecross
Ballater
Banchory, Tesco
Buckie , Tesco
Dyce, Asda
Ellon, Tesco
Fraserburgh, Asda and Shell
Huntly, Asda and Tesco
Inverurie, Tesco
Peterhead, Asda
Westhill, Tesco
Any other 24 hour petrol shops out in the sticks not on the list?
If you know of any, post up, and the list above will get updated.
Disclaimer... Please note that the author of this post is not liable for confirming that any of the petrol shops noted above will be open, or will have the correct grade of fuel you require or the Local Shop will serve non-local people.
ie, don’t blame me if you are stuck out in the boonies with no petrol, looking at a closed garage and fearing that the local people living near the local shop will hunt you down to boil up your bones for soup stock, or make you squeal while listening to the sound of banjos playing.
