Unmarked 64 plate black Volvo V40(I think) at dual carriageway at Marshall trailers in the 50/40 zone.

I've seen one. Few years ago. It was definitely police marked bike.

Think the bike followed me up the coast road this morning - sat at a comfy speed and "observing" my riding style
