I just had a check of the pressure in the tyres on a bike that i have not used in a couple of months.
The front was down about 10 psi, the rear 6 psi.
Thinking about this, i have not used the bike in two months, but honestly i cant remember the actual last time i checked the pressures.
Anyway, not like i am preping for a wee run tomorrow if things are dry, or an early breakfast at Sanddoller (Aberdeen Beach)

Get one of these and you can forget about tyre pressures for ever :)

Even if you have been using your bike almost every day throughout the winter it is easy to forget that you haven't checked your tyre pressures for a while (can't belive we are nearly in April already!).Dave wrote:I just had a check of the pressure in the tyres on a bike that i have not used in a couple of months.

I thought I had picked up a puncture in my front tyre yesterday but it was just low pressure. Both tyres needed a top up as it happened. I had just been compensating for the lowering pressures and just blamed it on the road surface until in the dry the front end of the bike felt "mushy".
