Mother Nature, what a bitch, showing how clever she can be.

As I was heading home last night going thru a tree lined road on the B993 to Torphins, I noticed at the side of the road a puddle that a vehicle had driven thru had lards shards of ice at the edge.
Bugger I thought.
So I backed of the throttle a bit, then took more attention at the next puddle, which had the look of new ice forming.
Bugger bugger, the ground temperature had never got above zero all day.
As the sun was going down and the air tamp was only a couple of degrees, I decided to do the sensible thing and head straight home, well almost, at a much reduced speed and before it got dark.
Mother Nature, what a bitch, showing how clever she can be.
Nice warm patches in double figures at one side of the road, while retaining ice at the other.
