I dont suppose anyone know how to wire your bike up through the kill switch as the ignition on my bike has been demolished.

Just short out the main ignition wire at your key switch so it is on all the time and the kill switch will become the main on/off switch. You will need to wire up a push button for the starter circuit though.

P.S. The only spanner in the works will be if your ignition has a built in imobiliser!
