Notice how it ominously doesn’t say “easy to fit “ :x

Comes with about 7 pages of instructions which involves recipes for mixing up an alcohol solution to stretch it in to shape and special mix of soap to get it into position, after 25 minutes on the tiny front mudguard tip I gave up… :roll

Just have to ride at the front to avoid stone chips I guess
:cool

3M Film

Hi

I fitted a full lazer cut Paint protection kit that was made with the genuine 3M film and I can say honestly it was not too much bother to fit if you followed the single page instruction sheet. the company I got mine from was "armourfend" see the attached pic for what it included. And my bike had some compound curves on it, all it took was patience.

And If anyone is not upto fitting one themself give me a shout and if you bring your bike to me I will fit it for you free.

Is it just me that thinks that bikes tend to look worse after having that film on them for a year than they do with a few stone chips??

Hi

I have had the same film on the front of my car for over two years now and its just as shiny now as it was when i fitted it. And I had to replace a bit, (I was a bit to harsh with the steam washer) and the paint was styill the same colour underneath.
