Anyone ever used Venhill cables? I'm getting a set of throttle cables made up for the SV (need longer ones) and I was wondering if these are any good?
They're about half the price that I've been quoted elsewhere.

Sounds like there is a set of Renthal bars hiding in your garage! ;)

Both myself and Cas have Venhill hoses.

They were exceptionaly helpful on the phone when we had questions (TRX but with R1 calipers and a ZXR with Harris calipers) as the hoses were not standards, nor were the fittings.

The quality of the fittings is spot on, never has any signs of rust or corrosion using there stainless steel banjos etc.

The braided bit of the hose is covered in a protective clear or coloured transparent sheath, this stops the hoses getting dirty, holding road salt etc and best of all, can be colour matched to your bike if you are that way inclined.

Lastly, they have a proven, is somewhat quite track record.

Big thumbs up from us.

Sorry, there cables are also very good. They have a good reputation in the mountain bike world and i guess you cannot go far wrong with a cable ;)
