Pillon Handle Removal

Wanting to removal my rear handle on the back of the bike.
Only problem it leaves two rectange sized holes where the handle sat inside the panel.
Anyone know if I can buy some sort of filler caps - just looking for a smoother finish at the back that's all

Don't remove it!
The handle is there as an essential auxiliary starting mechanism for all Hondas.
Just ask CBR1100

Kev, I have the same bike as you. I looked at this myself and the only option I could find was to replace the tail pod.
These were the guys I looked at as they will fit an LED light to a "track day" tail piece. Costs £90 and can be made in any colour plus the cost of the LED at £42

Now don't laugh, but I used the plugs off the ends of the legs on an old metal table from work.
Sounds ridiculous but they worked a treat.
This was for a ZX6R btw, but I'm sure the same principles apply.

Alternatively you could get that polymorph plastic stuff (mouldable at 60 degrees+) and make bits yourself.
I have not tried but I am told it will take a dye so could colour match.

Its true, Never remove the pillion grab rail as this is an essential part of starting a CBR1100, after binning it.......
I noticed when stripping the F**ked panels i had Big Kneed Al (master of the emergency stop & "stand up" comedian), Zax, Airwave, Jubei, speedaddictedberks teeth marks on the rail from push starting me on the West coast run iii....... :I can't believe it's not butter!

Thanks mate, i have emailed for further info. Just wonder cause its race tall piece if it caters for indicators,lights and reg plate. Thats what Ive asked them.

If you look on the site you will see they can fit a rear LED tail light. Indicators you can do yourself and its possible to get "aftermarket" number plate hangers.
Its an expensive way of doing it but on the bike I saw done it was luuuuuuuuurvely! Single seat as well so made it look very sleek.
