I can't believe it's not butter! . do these things have an alternater , mabe you could get it checked out by someone. a know you said the battery is new but could it be faulty?

no there is a charge of 12.7 coming from it . i thought it might be the actual ignition that was turning but faulty in some way ?? not sure tho?

Sounds like a problem with the ignition switch. Not sure if that bike has direct AC dip/main beam from the alternator but the indicators will certainly be off the battery. Try spraying some switch cleaner into the ignition switch.

just had a thought maybe way off but have a look at the points in the bike.. i'm trying to think back to when i had my yb100 and engine wouldn't start and it was the points needing replaced. check it and see if needing replaced or the gap adjusted..

:2up

maybe next time your going up to look at the bike u wanna swing past to pick me up n i'll have a look as well

If it was an ignition fault things like the horn, brake light and indicators would still work.
