im doing my fork seals and want to know what wieght of oil and how much to put in each leg.

467ml +or- 4mm when dry or 410ml when changing oil SAE 10W 20 :2up
That should help you out.
what age is your big Z?

its a c1 1990 with a full devil system and the carbs derestricted and just waiting for a k&n coming too.

465ml + or - 4 only 2ml difference then.

I have a genuine manual pdf if you want. Ill try and mail it to you if you pm me your addy


EDIT: Forget that sorry thats only for D1-D2. My haynes is in my garage ill take a look at it tomorrow morning for you

Hi Gary,
I've the Haynes manual for the ZZR. I'm in Westhill if you need a loan. I've a D1 but it covers all ZZR11/ZX10/1000RX/GPZ900. Whereabouts are you?
