GSXR 400 problem

My mate bought a gsxr 400 to do up but there is a pipe coming from between the carbs that he does not know where it should go,can anybody help?
It's the one coming from the middle hanging forward, cheers

Is that not an air intake for the fuel? :???

I suspect it goes to the airbox...

:stupid Yep looks like it should go in the front of the airbox when fitted :idea

Looks like thats a gk73a your mate has... same as mines... that tube come up over the top of the airbox then back down.. i will try and get some sorta pic done to show if your still not sure... if you have any probs on the gixxer for then give me a shout as i have done a few jobs on mines.
