Well he was 2nd quickest in regular qualifying and just messed up a bit in the last sector. Think he'll go ok in the race - he's still on row 2 anyway.
For those of you without Eurosport you can watch the races on http://www.worldsbk.com/pubb_EN/sbkTV.php#
Not sure if they're live but just watched superpole on it and the quality was good.

Thanks for the link, am overseas working and having already paid for the MotoGP subscription i didn't fancy having to pay for another site, the WSB is a free feed.Sherpa wrote:For those of you without Eurosport you can watch the races on http://www.worldsbk.com/pubb_EN/sbkTV.php#

Would be fine if the band speed was better than shizzle. It was a bit like Jim Davidson's dodgy microphone sketch at best.Sherpa wrote:Well he was 2nd quickest in regular qualifying and just messed up a bit in the last sector. Think he'll go ok in the race - he's still on row 2 anyway.

That's the one thing that really costs out here. 500k bandwidth is over £30 per month and to be honest it's nowhere near that. No better than dial up really. I've typically measured it at less than 50K!
If you want 1Mb then it'll cost £100 per month.
Somehow I don't think they want the locals to have Internet access.

From what I can gather, a stirling effort by Troy Bayliss.

Agreed, good effort by Bayliss. Thought his tyre had delaminated or chunked when he kept running wide in the middle of the race, but he got his act together and did the business. The GSX-R looked good too.
Haga will be pretty fired-up for the 2nd race, he probably knows it was his own fault for losing the rag.

Yes it's http://www.motogp.com/en/motogp/motogp_pay.htm?menu=pay
But you have to pay, either by the race or for the season. 99 eur for hi-res season pass or 59 for normal.
Gazza you're a tight-arse. Get your wallet out, blow off all the dust and let out all the moths. You pay sod all for anything else over there so stump up the cash and get broadband.
How much does an OIM make these days?

The hi res 1mb option for MotoGP is excellent.
The second WSB race wasn't as exciting as the first, but still, worth watching

I already pay £30 a month for so called broadband. It's supposed to be 500k but when I test I usually get about 30 to 50k! I'm fcuked if I'm gonna fork out £100 a month for a so called 1 Mb which will inevitably be just 60K.Sherpa wrote:Gazza you're a tight-arse. Well that'll be double the speed then!
Try http://www.speedguide.net/tcpoptimizer. ... tion_speed
to speed up your connection. Mine went up from an average of 2.5-3meg to around 6.5 after running this.
Don't you get ESPN/Star over there? They show WSB and MotoGP or are you too miserly to stump up for satellite too?
