To cut a very long story short my bike won't start because I can't switch the immobiliser off. It's been playing up for a while now and I've already been "stranded" once, and today the same thing happened again!! (Luckily at home).
After speaking to Ecosse and ruling out the bike battery and key fob batteries they think it's the alarms internal battery that has insufficient charge, the system is completely dead and unresponsive to the remote. The Meta systems guy reckons that running the bike for a couple of hours will apparently charge it, but therein lies the problem as I can't start the fookin thing !



Apparently there's a way to put it into "workshop" mode ???? If anyone knows how please PM me !!

PS Even the LED is dead, which rules out the ignition on/off method of entering the PIN number
