I use a micron rear paddock stand on my 03 rr.
Just about any stand will do the job. Just make sure it is fitted with U type mounts rather than L type for taking it up the rear.

I have an 07 CBR and use a micron front and rear no problems. Search the internet if you buy them seperately you will probably pay about 80 for both, but I think Gericke in the past has had both for 50. You can get bobbin kits to fit your swingarm but I just use the universal one.
If you want to try my stands and can be bothered coming out to Banchory PM me.
You can also get an Abba Superbike stand that some guys I know use and rate. They are about 110 I think with an adapter for your bike.

Use Micron front and rear for mine. When I got them they were £44.99 for the pair from Busters.
