Front Brake Calipers

Hi folks , any suggestions for freeing up the pistons on a set of 1990 vfr 750 nissin front brake calipers, had them off to clean and lightly service and in process of putting them back on might have pushed them in a wee bit too far, they're not flush with the housing as such. but having bled the system and pumped the lever numerous times they're not budging. Brake lever comes back to bar and is spongy, no resistance at all.

If you can get a hold of a one way valve for bleeding it make a big difference.

The kit as recomended by Shrek works very well in most cases, but if that does not work you might need a Mityvac. See here> http://www.ibmwr.org/r-tech/oilheads/brakes.shtml

When I could not get my brakes to bleed I borrowed one from S Mac, the ace mechanic @ Eccose.
