The lad up in cove that also does painting used to do the plastic welding

. got an annoying little crack on my left-hand side panel on the Zephyr. Think it was caused by the strops being too tight in the transporting van....

I have used the Plastex Plastic Repair system with great success in the past ( http://www.plastexexpress.co.uk/ ).
Takes a bit of patience to use but the results are great. I've even used it to create new fairing tabs. It has all sorts of uses. Big Kneed Al (master of the emergency stop & "stand up" comedian).

do it urselff heat up a screw driver and use tie wraps for plastic its easy
