I have a Bugman 650 (yes I know loving scooter but at least a BIG loving scooter!) which has rotted thru at one of the down pipes. I tried repairing the hole with liquid metal but it has still blown thru a small hole. Anyone know someone who may be able to weld or braize while the pipe is still on the bike, as it is my transport just now and a bugger to get off. The down pipe and exhust on the 650 are all one so I can't even get just a downpipe.
Not sure if you can weld with it on because of the electronics, but open to more knowledge than I have. Any help greatly appreciated.

take it down to breaking point and let them have a look bud if can be done on bike they will do it

Cheers for that- nipped down to Breaking point today and they managed to weld a repair for me - top lads as always!
