I'm needing a favour from any willing participant. My bike has died and it is currently at a now ex girlfriends.
Was too see if someone that has a van or trailer could take it up the road for me? Beer tokens would be given for your time.
Battery is charged but just not even attempting to start. Looks like the starter motor is fluffed but need to get it home to take a look. Don't fancy working on it where it is.
Cheers for any help.

It's at Manofield and needs to go to Mastrick. It's about 3/3.5 miles at most. But really don't fancy pushing it uphill all that way.

just leave it outside your house and youv'e a 50/50 chance of the local scrotes dumping it nearer to your destination

Cant offer a trailer but can recommend galloping goate for local cheap bike recovery! Easily found on google and top guys!
Failing that if you need some pushing power I don't mind helping!

As obvious as that sounds you would be amazed how many experienced bikers miss that one.
No names, just a small amount of smugness remembering the start of a run with a 'fail to start' bike being pushed and attemps to bump start going nowhere. Wander over, look at bars, turn off kill switch, press starter and vroom.

Yip, checked the killswitch. It makes an audible click on and off, so guessing it's working.

Just had a look at their site. I'll give them a call at the weekend. 7 days a week.... can't be bad for business that.
Cheers
