Aye it's a load of pish. Banning folk with no licences isn't an effective deterrent at all. It's like telling me that I can't have sex with Jessica Alba. It makes me sad but I never had it in the first place to loose so meh.

450 quid in fines doesnt even cover the cost of public funds used to put case to court grrr....its a joke. What kind o sentence is that..be aswell saying its fine to steal. Court system is unreal. I too feel sorry for the police constantly having to put paperwork to courts just to get fines issued in tge end.
