Idiot bike paint question

My front mudguard has started to crack badly, thus I bought another off t'internet, In as few steps as possible how would i go about spraying the new part (which is black) to match the bike, which is yellow?

rubbing it down etc

Rub down to key paint plastic primer a few coats rub down between each apply to coat a few coats rub down and finally laquer
