A chance to post up that fact/new finding that may be of interest to others.

First one from me…
Until today, I did not know that my 18 litre petrol tank on the MT-09 can actually take 18.04 litres

Has me wondering how many more miles I could have squeezed out of the bike before it was dry :confused

I remember pitting 14.5 litres into the 14 litre tank on my Yamaha XT660X.

The top 15 riders in this weeks MotoGP at Mugello are covered by just 1 second in free practice.

Don't miss it! :nono

Don't miss the Moto3 qualifying either. At Mugello it's like a race. Everyone waiting at the final corner for a slipstream down the main straight. Some unfortunate soul finally goes first and the rest of the field stream after him like a bunch of angry wasps. Then it's total chaos and lots of shaking fists as they all try outbreak at the first corner and race around to cross the line first.

One of my favourite circuits. :2up

Things you did not know until recently…

Riding a naked bike after having a filling evening meal is not be the most comfortable of experiences

(I don’t know why, not like I over did the food, the meal was not the big, just some poppadum’s with spicy onions, mango chutney (and that weird third stuff that is always there), a wee bit of garlic naan, some curry, rice, then a taster of the peshwara naan, a spoon full of that hot curry that someone overestimate their tolerance for and some more rice to go with it, and is no one going to eat that last of plain naan.
And that was just the starter :biggrin2 )

I ate as much last night it was uncomfortable.......but sooooo good!

I was half expecting you to run (or shout that be "waddle") outside when I started the engine :biggrin2

Good see you, I did not head over to speak on my way our, as my leathers and lid were all bug splattered.
