Grampian Motorcycle Convention News
Evening Folks, some news from the Grampian Motorcycle Convention which is being held on Sunday 6th September. First thing is we are now looking for entries for the Classic Bike Show and Parade. Good News is no entry fee this year and all bikes built between 1900 and 1999 can be entered, trophies to be won in all classes. Get the entry form from the Convention website in the Information Zone. Second thing is we will be in the Union Square shopping centre over the weekend of the 15th/16th August promoting the Convention to the public at large. You'll find us at the railway station entrance beside the Costa coffee shop both days until 10pm. We'll have six bikes on display including a trials bike, supermoto bike, enduro bike, road bike, classic bike and a race bike. There will be lots of posters and leaflets and our display stands to look at so why not come along and say hello. Why not pick up a moped entry form while you are there because let's face it you know you want to!!

Yes all the entry forms explain the rules for that event or I can post them here for you (and answer any questions). Sorry Dave Honda moped electrics are beyond my ken.

Another good day out at Alford. Someone must have done a deal with the sun gods as the weather was excellent!
A good turn out and much time was spent by me drooling over some of the new machinery on the trade stands.

Another great day, and a fine job done by the organisers and helpers.
The display of skill and ability by many of the riders in the moped race is awesome...and those trial bike riders were ok as well
