Me, I managed to kiss out west coast a few times.
Also managed to acquire a retro looking bike...not sure how that happened, but what a most enjoyable bike it is.
And a tourer. ..wtf. ..how...why...me with a tourer without engine bars or lumpy rubber. ..eh...aye...but most surprising thing is how much I like it.
But it does put a smile on the face like the XT600.

Been good so far, wished I could have gotten some more long runs/ weekends away and taken in the Bike Show in Brum but home and job situation has limited ability to do that.
Had some great days out, best being a weekender away to Mallaig / Ullapool where I confirmed I was going to keep my bike and not change it (apart from a couple of accessories) and a speedy day trip up to John O Groats and back.
Great to be involved with the new NERVs blood bike charity
Managed to do 8500 miles since passing my test last July, learned a lot so far and a lot more to learn.

not a lot to remark on that i can recall, work situation means bike was used more as commuting tool, rather than plaything.
Hight point was outriding for a mate on his lands end john o groats cycle (for the last 2 days)... met them south of durness and then leapfrogged them for the next 2 days taking pics and videos.
Otherwise not much else doing. onwards and upwards for 2017.
