Frame welding

Post by Shrek »

I have a chance of buying a cheap cheap GSXR750K1 category B damage (not to be put back on the road) which I’m thinking of using as a track bike.
Worst bit of damage is about two inch of the frame where the subframe bolts on is snapped. Does anyone know any decent TIG welders or have any experience of this sort of repair?

Give these guys a call. They do frame repairs, and should be able to advise the art of the possible.
