Cue jokes about hot air ;)

P.S. I use an electric pump (being a fat lazy git) and it has worked fine for years. Will get the details tonight

Forget a foot pump, :nono you want the CO2 cylinders that come with a punture repair kit. Their bikes may be overpriced shizzle, but Big Mans Wanger make the best kit.

If you simply must have a pump, you could get a proper quality bicycle job from the shop in George Street. Warning - they are not cheap, but reliable like an *onda! :2up

Pray tell what you are doing to get through that many pumps?? I check the tyre pressure once a fortnight and if need be, use the electronic air pump at ASDA, Bridge of Doom for an accurate reading. I lose perhaps 1 or 2 psi a month..maybe less, and that was me out on the road for at least 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.
